TIA Issues a Public Review Notification to reaffirm ANSI/TIA-5048, Automated Infrastructure Management (AIM) Systems – Requirements, Data Exchange and Applications
Arlington VA. (August 13, 2024) – The Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) TR-42.3 Engineering Committee on Commercial Building Telecommunications Pathways and Spaces has issued a public review notification to reaffirm document ANSI/TIA-5048 initially titled “Automated Infrastructure Management (AIM) Systems – Requirements, Data Exchange and Applications and the addendum, ANSI/TIA-5048-1, Automated Infrastructure Management (AIM) Systems – Requirements, Data Exchange and Applications, Addendum 1: Adoption of ISO/IEC 18598 AMD1 ED1 ”.
TIA is seeking broad input as per the public review announcement in ANSI’s Standards Action for directly and materially affected parties. In addition, we are actively seeking participation in this process from the user and general interest communities.
