TIA Issues Call for Interest on New Project for Telecommunications Cabling Guidelines for Wireless Access Points
Arlington VA (August 13, 2024) – The Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) TR-42.1 Engineering Committee on Premises Telecommunications Infrastructure has issued a call for interest for document TSB-162-C, initially titled “Telecommunications Cabling Guidelines for Wireless Access Points”.
Stakeholders are invited to contact TIA regarding participation in the development of this and other TIA standards. The stakeholders may include but are not limited to: Installers; building owners; wireless designers; contractors; cabling designers; building designers; wireless application developers; wireless equipment manufacturers; end users.
TIA is actively seeking participation in this process from the user and general interest communities.
