The TIA QuEST Forum Oversight Working Group (OSWG) ensures the integrity of the TL 9000 certification program and support promotion of all TIA QuEST Forum products and activities.
- Manages overall TL 9000 program, including registration and measurement repository systems, electronic tools, recognition, training, translations, and certification and accreditation bodies
- Defines and executes strategy for refreshing and maintaining sanctioned TL 9000 training courses (instructor-led and online)
- Coordinates with TIA QuEST Forum leadership and staff to ensure efficient operation of TIA QuEST Forum business
- Updates FAQs, documents and TL9000.org website as required to support internal and external changes
- Creates and publishes optional resources to support TL 9000 auditor effectiveness
