Karen Torrenti
Karen Torrenti is Sr. Manager of Standards & Programs at the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA), supporting the TIA QuEST Forum with a focus on business performance and quality improvement standards. She brings more than 25 years of experience across telecommunications, electric utilities, and AI technology, driving global growth, operational excellence, and quality transformation. Karen has led global partner success and business development organizations, enabling go‑to‑market expansion for AI solutions, scalable operating models, and commercial partnerships across complex international markets.
Previously, Karen held senior leadership roles at ARRIS and CommScope, where she led global enablement, business operations, new product introduction, technical training, and quality assurance initiatives supporting service provider and enterprise customers worldwide. Her background also includes executive operational leadership at Comcast, quality program development and large‑scale infrastructure commissioning at United Illuminating (Avangrid), and extensive experience in supply chain deployment, process improvement, and global partner governance. Karen has worked across 45 countries and brings deep expertise in B2B AI SaaS, infrastructure quality, and standards development. She holds an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a BS from the University of New Haven.
