Andrew Dolan
Andrew Dolan serves as Senior Manager of Global Affairs at TIA, where he leads the association’s international trade portfolio and supports its industry standards initiatives.
Prior to joining TIA, Andrew served as a Senior Policy Advisor at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Supply Chain Resilience Center, where he led supply chain negotiations with international partners. His work at DHS also encompassed port infrastructure security, forced labor policy, and sustainability. Andrew has also been a consultant to institutional investors, venture capitalists, and Columbia University’s Center for Global Energy Policy. His early career spanned the worlds of foreign policy advocacy, Virginia state government, and management consulting.
Andrew received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and Philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh.
