TIA recognizes Ray Emplit for his over thirty years of leadership having held several Chair and Vice Chair positions within the TIA’s TR-42 Engineering Committee and other TIA task groups and project teams. Always impassioned to share his knowledge and expertise, Ray was a long-time, valuable standards contributor and editor to many revisions and addenda, serving as a vital player in promoting cooperation and harmonization between key national and international telecommunications cabling standards.
Jonathan Jew

TIA recognizes Jonathan Jew who has been an active member of TIA’s TR-42 and TIA-administered Technical Advisory Groups for over 20 years. He has served in every leadership role multiple times at TR-42: Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, and Editor. He is and has been the leading contributor, editor, and driver of TIA’s globally recognized data center standard, ANSI/TIA-942. Jonathan is a consummate technical resource, mentor, and leader who shares his significant experiences with TIA TR-42 and other groups within TIA.
Wayne Larsen

TIA recognizes Wayne Larsen who was an active member of TIA’s TR-42 and TIA-administered Technical Advisory Groups for over 20 years. He served in many leadership positions multiple times at TR-42 including Chair, Vice Chair, and Editor. He contributed to every type of system addressed at TR-42: copper, fiber, and generic premises infrastructure across all engineering areas: hardware, software, installation, testing and operations. Wayne was instrumental in promoting TR-42 standards worldwide through his representation at TIA, IEEE, and ISO/IEC.

Mark Malouf

TIA recognizes Mark Malouf for his extraordinary contribution and service leading the TR-14 Structural Standards for Communication and Small Wind Turbine Support Structures Engineering Committee. Since first becoming actively involved in TR-14 in 1987, and the TR-14 Steering Committee in 1999, Mark has demonstrated a deep commitment both to TIA and the industry at large serving in leadership roles including Vice-Chair of TR-14, Chair of the TIA Executive Editorial Committee of TR-14 for ANSI/TIA-222-H and as Representative of TR-14 to IASS.

Since his first meeting on May 10, 1990, John has demonstrated a deep commitment both to TIA and the industry at large serving roles including Secretary, Vice-Chair, Chairman and the Steering Committee of TR-14.
