Mr. Uday Mahajan is an INSEAD alumnus, a GE certified Master Black Belt and Lean Master Trainer specializing in business operations with strong people management skills, with over 28 years of rich experience in managing large teams across the globe in a variety of industries viz. BPO, Healthcare, IT Services, Infrastructure and Marine. He successfully led the Deming Prize Journey for Indus Towers, from inception. Indus Towers received the Deming Prize in Oct 2018 being the first Indian company from the service industry to have received this recognition. This meant applying TQM concepts across the entire organization including field staff and sites, aligning all stakeholders including the entire leadership, and ensuring a sustainable culture of TQM is embedded across the entire spectrum of Indus Towers. Indus Towers is a Telecom base station and tower installation and managing organization.
