ISO 9000:2015 is recognized as the “Normative Reference” for ISO 9001:2015. ISO 9000:2015 has 2 key components: Clause 2 – Fundamentals concepts and quality management principles; Clause 3 – Terms and definitions. To many, “ISO 9000” means terminology document. Outside the ISO 9000 family, many ISO standards have a terminology section. New terms are not adopted easily. It’s an important process that is largely unknown. This webinar shed some light on the process.
