SCS Registration

Register Your Organization

Creating an organization record in the TIA QuEST Forum Registration Management System (RMS) is the first administrative step toward SCS 9001 certification.

Registration establishes your organization’s profile, initiates TIA’s eligibility review, and creates the secure record that will support your certification throughout its lifecycle. Most organizations complete registration in 15 minutes or less.

Registration Process

Step 1 — Create Your RMS Account

Create a user account in the TIA QuEST Forum Registration Management System (RMS) and enter your organization information.

You’ll provide basic company information, administrative contacts, and registration details that will be used throughout the certification process.

Step 2 — Submit Your Registration

Complete and submit your organization profile.

Once submitted, your registration becomes visible only to authorized parties, including TIA, your selected Certification Body, and accreditation personnel. It is not publicly visible during the certification process.

Step 3 — Eligibility Review

TIA reviews your registration in accordance with its Government Restrictions Policy.

Organizations are evaluated against applicable U.S. Government restricted entity lists before they are authorized to proceed with certification.

Most eligibility reviews are completed within 48 business hours.

Step 4 — Begin Your Certification Journey

Once your registration has been approved, you may continue your implementation activities and work with your selected Certification Body to prepare for certification audit.
