The industry has networks to build and not enough people to build them. TIA runs two programs aimed at that gap: Broadband Nation, a career and training resource for job seekers, employers, and training providers, and Broadband Nation Expo, the event that puts the whole workforce community in one room.

Broadband Nation
Broadband Nation helps people explore careers in broadband and digital infrastructure, find training, and connect with employers who are hiring. Training providers and employers can list their programs and jobs to reach the people they’re looking for.
Broadband Nation Expo
Employers, educators, workforce organizations, policymakers, and job seekers come together to compare strategies, swap what’s working, and make connections that outlast the event.
