TIA Issues a Ballot and Public Review Notification for TIA-568.7, Balanced Single Twisted-Pair Cabling and Components for Industrial Premises Standard
Arlington VA. (September 11, 2024) – The Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) TR-42.9 Engineering Committee on Industrial Telecommunications Infrastructure has issued a ballot and call for comments on document TIA-568.7 initially titled “Balanced Single Twisted-Pair Cabling and Components for Industrial Premises Standard”.
Stakeholders are invited to contact TIA regarding participation in the development of this and other TIA standards. The stakeholders may include but are not limited to designers; installers; industrial premise owners; System integrators.
TIA is seeking broad input as per the public review announcement in ANSI’s Standards Action for directly and materially affected parties. In addition, we are actively seeking participation in this process from the user and general interest communities.
