TIA-102 Series

TIA-102 is a very large series of standards that define the technical requirements for Project 25 (P25) digital land mobile radio (LMR) systems, enabling interoperable, multi-vendor communications for public safety, government, utilities, and other critical communications users. The suite covers air interfaces, trunking, wireline interfaces, encryption, data services, location services, conformance testing, and many other aspects of P25 systems.
