Patrick Lozada
Patrick Lozada is the Director of Global Policy at the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA), which represents manufacturers and suppliers of high-tech communications networks.
Prior to this role, he was a Director in the Albright Stonebridge Group’s China practice where he advised multinational clients on developments in China’s economy and political system with a focus on the ICT and automotive sectors. Preceding that role, Patrick managed the US China Business Council’s Shanghai office’s Business Advisory Services, focused on automotive, aviation, standardization, and ecommerce issues. Patrick has spent seven years living, studying, and working in China.
Patrick holds a B.A. from Haverford College, an M.A. from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), and a certificate in Chinese studies from the Hopkins Nanjing Center at Nanjing University.
