TIA Welcomes CEO Scott Belcher

The Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA), the leading association representing the manufacturers and suppliers of high-tech communications networks, selected Scott F. Belcher to the newly-created position of CEO. Scott brings more than 25 years of public and private sector management experience, and most recently served as the President and CEO of the Intelligent Transportation Society of America (ITS America).
