TIA QuEST Forum Announces Training Webinar Series

At TIA, our members and participants are our lifeblood, so when they tell us what they want, we listen. The TIA QuEST Forum sends surveys every year to its industry participants and the most recent survey had one particular theme that was pervasive – the desire for more educational and training content. And, it’s worth noting, this was feedback collected before the onset of COVID-19 and the “new normal” of work-from-home and increased demand for such content.

To answer the call, TIA QuEST Forum is rolling out a series of webinars to help our member community better understand the tools, processes and measurements that we offer to the industry. These include proven concepts and process-based standards designed to continuously help business improve their business performance, sustainability, CX, supply chain quality, supply chain security, and more.

The first two webinars are detailed below, and more will be announced soon.

All of the webinars will be recorded and made freely accessible, regardless if you are a TIA member, participant, or if you are just discovering our organization for the first time. Our goal is to help industry continue to innovate and refine business processes, products and services by fostering a non-political environment where all of our participants, regardless if they are from a Fortune 500 company or a small business, have an equal voice in driving the industry forward.
