SUMMARY:ICT Infrastructure Information Management – TIA TR-60.B Overview
DESCRIPTION:Poor ICT information management and documentation is unfortunately very common. Not only does it result in project delays and additional costs\, it also compromises controls and life cycle process improvement. Key to TR-60 design\, build and operational processes is reducing the burden of documentation and knowledge transfer by efficient information management. Using one name for a building\, labelling a rack with an identifier\, knowing where the latest network diagram is\, not having to trace cables – sounds simple in concept. In this webinar the TR-60.B committee will cover the preparation\, results and plans for developing the first industry standards for Day 2 management of ICT infrastructure. \nPresented by: David Cuthbertson\, TR-60.B Chair and Gary Patton\, TR-60.B Vice-Chair
