BPO\, Healthcare\, IT Services\, Infrastructure and Marine. He successfully led the Deming Prize Journey for Indus Towers\, from inception. Indus Towers received the Deming Prize in Oct 2018 being the first Indian company from the service industry to have received this recognition. This meant applying TQM concepts across the entire organization including field staff and sites\, aligning all stakeholders including the entire leadership\, and ensuring a sustainable culture of TQM is embedded across the entire spectrum of Indus Towers.
